QAProbe is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect — and, more importantly, what we don't — and how we handle the limited information we may receive.

2. Information We Collect

This website (qaprobe.com) is a static site. We do not collect personal data, use cookies, or employ tracking scripts. We do not use analytics services. No information is gathered about your visit.

3. The QAProbe CLI Tool

The QAProbe command-line tool does not collect telemetry, usage data, or any personal information. It communicates only with the LLM API providers you configure (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) using your own API keys. We have no access to your API keys, test results, or any data processed by the tool.

4. Email Communications

If you contact us at hello@qaprobe.com, we will use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contacts to mailing lists or share email addresses with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

When using QAProbe, your data is sent to the LLM providers you configure. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies:

6. Data Stored Locally

All test artifacts generated by QAProbe — including reports, videos, and traces — are stored locally on your machine or CI environment. We never receive, transmit, or store this data on our servers.

7. Compliance with Mexican Law

This privacy policy is designed to comply with Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). As we do not collect personal data, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO rights) are not applicable. Should this change in the future, we will update this policy accordingly and provide the mechanisms required by law to exercise those rights.

8. Children's Privacy

QAProbe is a developer tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
