1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QAProbe — including the software, command-line interface, documentation, and this website (qaprobe.com) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use QAProbe.
2. Description of Service
QAProbe is an open-source command-line tool for automated QA testing of web applications. It is provided under the MIT License and is available on GitHub and PyPI.
3. MIT License — "As-Is" Disclaimer
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The full text of the MIT License is included in the project repository.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors, copyright holders, or contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of QAProbe complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining proper authorization before testing any web application you do not own or do not have explicit permission to test. Unauthorized testing of third-party systems may violate local, national, or international laws.
6. Third-Party Services
QAProbe integrates with third-party APIs, including those provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party services. You are also solely responsible for managing, securing, and paying for your own API keys.
7. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of QAProbe after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of QAProbe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
